~ Design your lifestyle ~
I have to admit, it took me a long time to realise what I wanted to do with my life so I can definitely understand if things aren’t clear just yet, even now my life is still pending (!)
But what I can say is that I have a much clearer direction than I did in just as little as 2 years ago. What it comes down to is exposure to experiences. From this you realise more about yourself through self-exposure and what you enjoy. Depending on your personality traits and how you were raised can also influence what motivates you. The hardest part is that simple, get started.

Documenting your goals can be the first step, and it’s so simple! Trust me, I didn’t realise how easy this first step was until I unconsciously did it. To break it down even more, set yourself short term and long-term goals.
When you set yourself a goal, some things that will help you reach it is by thinking backwards – to reach that goal what do you need to do? What things do you need to change or do by a certain time? This will create you short-term goals.
When there’s something in life that you want to achieve, my greatest advice is to identify what you want to achieve and how you are going to achieve this. Things aren’t going to happen unless you pro-actively take action.
Write things down! I can’t emphasize this enough on how many ideas run through our minds each day and very rarely get a second thought. I can’t count the amount of times I had an amusing idea that I thought was funny at the time and would jokingly share it for a laugh. But what would actually happen if these ideas were fostered and given more thought. This is where innovation occurs. And its also an entertaining journal to have to flick through in later years.

This is a great way to motivate and even encourage progress with the different aspects that you are trying to accomplish. Some great tools are a quality laptop and electronic devices, after all, everything is digitalised today and these are a must for people who are serious about being an entrepreneur. A savvy entrepreneur will know its not about having the most expensive accessory. A product that provides the appropriate service of what you need is essentially the best toolkit. That doesn’t mean you have to compromise on style! Being a designer, I’m always going to lean towards the more aesthetic choice and here I absolutely love the premium gold of this HP High Performance Laptop and New Apple Ipad 9.7″ that is very stylish and very cost-effective! Easy to transport and take with you on the go!
Surround yourself in the right environment
Surrounding yourself in the right environment is also a key to success. You will be exposed to like-minded thinkers and also a support network. This in turn will also reflect who you are and the people you associate with.
Design Your Environment
I can definitely admit that I myself used to be one of the most unorganized an messiest people out there. I just didn’t grow up with that structure in my life. But that shouldn’t be an excuse to initiate change.
I find having a good foundation will create the building blocks to a great solid foundation. Again personalisation of your space is key to reflecting who you are and create a productive mindset.
